Todd Skousen, CEO
Skousen leads the SocialZing vision to help organizations make prospecting and team building a strategic priority for achieving success. He also leads all sales and business development efforts for SocialZing. With more than 20 years of successful sales, marketing and management experience in the High Tech, Finance, Healthcare, and Direct Marketing industries, Skousen possesses enterprise level experience in building profitable, strategic partnerships.
Prior to SocialZing, Skousen co-founded Magellan Capital and was VP of Sales for a 100M consulting company, SBI. He most recently was COO for a successful financial software company.
Todd has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Brigham Young University. His passion is to help build business and drive value through the efficiency of tools and technology.
Greg Heaps, President & COO
With nearly 20 years experience building high tech and Software as a Service (SaaS) companies from ground up, Heaps is an accomplished business manager, marketing and sales executive, and serial entrepreneur. Heaps has deep experience in developing go-to-market strategies, positioning products, developing customer and partner relationships, raising capital, and growing revenue.
Heaps is currently responsible for company strategy, business operations, and driving marketing and demand generation activities at SocialZing. Prior to joining SocialZing, Heaps was a founder and on the management team of several successful start-ups, including Allegiance, Cerberian, and Thoughtstar. Heaps’ prior technology experience also includes sales and marketing positions at WordPerfect, Novell, and iManage.
Heaps received an AS degree from Dixie State College and majored in business at the University of Utah. As a strategic visionary, Heaps is passionate about making a positive impact on customers, partners, employees and shareholders.
James Cawley, CTO
Cawley leads product strategy and design for SocialZing and sets future product vision and product roadmap. He also directs technology development and testing of all SocialZing products. With a proven ability to visualize new technology opportunities and incorporate them into viable business solutions, Cawley has evolved the marketing and product development function of corporations both large and small.
As an expert in social media management, Cawley has a proven ability to train, coach and develop social media strategies for a variety of businesses. His talents extend to the software industry, network marketing, and independent filmmaking industry where he has been recognized with numerous awards. Prior to joining SocialZing Cawley was Creative Director, Social Media Specialist, Studio Director and Online Marketing Consultant for some of the largest players in the direct selling industry.
